What are these called ? Bezels ?
« on: March 31, 2013, 10:00:44 am »
Hi ALL!
I got this box of old electrical parts years ago. I have a few of these Glass "Bezels" ? Is that what they are really called, or do they go by another name ? I have alot of them in different colors, some are faceted.
Thanks, Ted

They look to me like like coloured lenses for panel lamps, intended to be fitted onto a panel with a small lamp behind.
In some types the lampholder screws on the back of the lens unit, other types use a bracket.

Possibly sought after by those who restore vintage cars or other vintage equipment.
