Sox/H 10 watt bulb
« on: September 09, 2010, 11:39:06 am »
Hello,
I am looking for a 10 watt SOX/H bulb for my darkroom safelight.  Thanks for any information as to how I can obtain one.
                                                                                                                 Thanks, Ed

SOX (low pressure sodium lamps) are now much less used than in the past, and 18 watts was the smallest popular size, 10 watts was never a standard or common size AFAIK.

You may to better to consider a modern safelight fitting.

Rare lamps do turn up on fleabay, but I dont recall seeing any of these.
