This section focuses on vintage neon lamps made by General Electric. Both figural and utility lamps are represented in the categories below. As with the rest of the lamps in the collection, each has been assigned a unique identifier. A special category dealing with crater lamps has also been added. This identifier has no correlation with the actual type number assigned by the manufacturer. For example, a standard GE type NE-30 lamp will not necessarily be named "ne0030" in the collection. Argon lamps, characterized by their unique purple glow, have been assigned to their own group and can be viewed here.
