  This unusual Hubbell adapter screws into an Edison lamp socket and provided the user with three receptacles, compatible of course with Hubbell's tandem in-line blade male plug design. This adapter is quite large and heavy, the underside is marked "NOT FOR KEY SOCKET", and the part number "P543" is also embossed into the underside face.
