The best bulb to use for re lamping a candelabra base bubble light is a 6 watt, 130 volt 6S6 bulb.
Make sure the bulb is rated 130 volt not 120 volt, it will last longer.

not going to believe this I bought 50 of them and they are to small not enough threads on them to reach the bottom of the holder with case on,  Thanks anyway.

Yes, this is a problem with the bubble lights. You can no longer get the original bulbs and if you can they are extremely expensive.
Just add a blob of solder to the tip of the bulb.That will extend it enough to make contact in the socket.
As I say, fixing these lights is like restoring an old car- you have to make do with what is available.
