Here's the code that I used to embed the Youtube video into the post above:

There's also an "Insert Flash" button shown when you're composing a message:



Paste the Youtube URL into your forum post, highlight it, and then hit the "Insert Flash" button and it should self generate the proper formatting (code) for you.
