Here is an interesting video showing the mechanized assembly of the modern incandescent lamp.? I don?t know the origin of the video or what assembly plant this came from, but it offers a rare look at the automation used from assembly to packaging:

Update: LOL, I just listened to the audio track of this video for the first time.? It must have come from the Mister Rogers show (for small children) here in the US on Public Television :)
