Early Swan carbon filament lamp for sale.

Received Christies South Kensington London catalogue today 290600. Lot 14 is an early Swan carbon lamp " the pear shaped lamp is supported in two wire loops from the terminal block with tension spring contacts" The sale is 27th July 2k. There are other odd items in this lot including two books and a Geissler tube, estimate ?200-400!!!
Well Tim, I thought it might be of interest if nothing else.

Thanks for the tip, I'd like to see a picture of the Swan bulb and holder and the other items. Are catalogs fairly easy to acquire? I should probably check their website - maybe they post them online now......
