NOS Green and RED cloth wire ?

Does anyone know if that stuff is still available anywhere for repairing or replacing damaged wires on Christmas strands ?

Well, I guess you should consider this new reproduction wire that's made to look old and from the samples I have this is nice stuff and it does in fact look like the early cloth wire - and there's no need to worry about shorts or fires as it's well insulated on the inside - the best of both worlds - old and new technology.

Thanks again for the link ! I checked it out and I will be getting some soon. Oh, guess what else that nice new wire is perfect for that I also need to repair ? Hmmm....fans maybe !......very awesome !
