making tungsten bulb
« on: January 26, 2004, 06:41:00 pm »
Hello, I am a NYC sculptor that is doing a glass work. Using a mold of a head, I am blowing into the mold and then hope to make functioning light bulb. Have some specs from internet but would love any input and info on this topic. A supplier of tungsten? There seems like there is a glass insert from the bottom, how is this glued? After vacuuming, has argon been introduced? Thanks for your help.
