It's going to end in a few hours, so hurry! I think that bulb is worth $200+

I tried to win it for real cheap but I failed; Hope you want it more than I do.

Nice price, right now, but you know eBay.  This will probably shoot up in the end.  When I was following eBay, these were averaging around $50-$75 for the argon versions like this.

FYI Aerolux also made a neon version, glows orange, and it's even harder to find.

Hi Tim! What I've learned from eBay is that you never know what's going to happen. The usual assumption after seeing a very valuable lightbulb is, "it's sure going to sell for a lot, so I'm not interested". But that's a big mistake, because there are a few rare times in which few people see the auction due to a very poor listing title, and the item sells for a bargain price (especially when the starting bid is very low). I've seen those before.

Update: Well, it looks like it did sell for a bargain price ($40). I said that it was worth $200+ because the only auction for this type of bulb that I had seen before ended at $276:

Darn it!

I had a higher bid ready but unfortunately my sniping software failed to bid. Oh well, better luck next time I guess.

Anyone have a victory bulb to sell, cheap? ;-)
