Does anyone have any HORROR Stories about having bulbs shipped ? Who is the best shipper ?

The Post Office catches a lot of flak, but in all honesty, of all the things I've sent or ordered by mail, I've had very little trouble with the Post Office. Plus, they're the most reasonable when it comes to shipping charges.
