It might be a replica "Edison's first bulb" (wooden stand, bulb permanently fixed in it, two thumbscrews sticking up on either side of the base's lowest rim for connecting electricity, and a tall tip on the top of he bulb). Such commemorative replicas were made for the 35th anniversary of Edison's 1879 patent (1914), a large number for the 50th anniversary (1929), and some for the 75th and maybe for other anniversaries. They're collectible.
