Last saturday, I came across a very neat item, one that would go perfectly with this particular adaptor:

It's made by hubbel, and splits the single socket into 2 T-Slot sockets.

Thanks for posting the picture! Neat looking adapter, I haven’t seen one before.

same here. this particular adaptor is noted as "Repaired", since the last owner decided to literally twist the tandem prongs to allow this piece to fit into a standard wall outlet. I've set them back to their original tandem position.
