Hello all,
I found a very intriguing lightbulb on eBay. It has both a tip on top AND an exhaust port in the stem. But this is no typical recycled bulb with a carbon filament. It still has a functional tungsten cage filament!! Here's the auction for the bulb:

Unfortunately, I noticed this AFTER the auction had ended! So I couldn't bid. Here's a picture of the lightbulb, in case it gets deleted from the listing:

I saw your lamp - maybe it is replica only. I saw it more-times similar types, in Czech repzublic was made it in plant No.6 Tesla Lenesice.
