DOES ANYONE HAVE INFO ON HOW MUCH A WORKING "WABASH BLACKOUT BULB" USED DURING WORLD WAR II ON THE WEST COAST? THE LABLE IS INTACT AND SAYS "WABASH BLACKOUT BULB FOR BLACKOUT LIGHTING M.F.D. BY WABASH APPLIANCE CORP. BROOKLYN, N.Y."

Hi Dot,
They fetch between $5-$15 on eBay, when they happen to get bids...

THANKS, TIM, SO I TAKE IT THEY ARE PRETTY POPULAR?

They must have really mass produced these bulbs since many seem to turn up and they don't appear to be all that rare today, thus the low prices. In terms of being popular among collectors I can only speak for myself- I have a few in my collection that are interesting conversation pieces but I don't actively collect them. Some may be scarcer than others (odd colors or shapes?) but I don't know - maybe someone who knows more about them can comment on them.
