Title: strange bulb
Post by: Valentine on November 15, 2000, 08:10:00 pm
I recently saw on the TV show "Trading Spaces" some cool bulbs in a lamp, they were peach and had strange long knobby "warts" all over it. They of course screwed right in to the socket. I would LOVE to find a source for modern art bulbs. Has anybody heard of such a thing? A designer on the show used them. I have looked on the internet to no avail.

Check out some of the gift shops like Spencer's which can be found in many malls, or other similar stores. They should have those art deco light bulbs. Good luck!

And check out those seasonal stores as well..I bought a skull-shaped bulb at one of the Halloween places for about three bucks. American Science and Surplus occassionally has odd bulbs for sale.
