FYI. Quite a number of these have been sold on eBay recently:

I've bought a couple and they are in absolutely pristine new condition, with undisturbed original Atlas packaging, clean glass and very shiny bases. They light up a lime green colour, which is a combination of the green fluorescent glow and the neon glow showing through. These lamps appear to be very rare indeed, with hardly any mention in the manufacturer's literature, as I found in this 1954 Mazda catalogue.

See the footnote under the Neon Lamps section on page 24. Apparently they made them with an amber fluorescent coating as well.
The seller doesn't appear to be listing anything at the moment, but it's probable that he will resume listing them at some point.
You may also be interested in these from a seller in Lithuania:

If you want a 3KW train lamp or a "Sodrium pressure tube" (looks like a SOX lamp to me), here's your chance!

Thanks for the heads-up, the Russian seller has some interesting things. Did you see these too?

Looks like some nice bulbs for sale. Wonder if a large bulb would make it intact from overseas?

Now look what you made me go and do! Never seen one of those before, looks a Russian version of the early two-piece SO/H sodium lamps for streetlighting and similar applications.
Will post pictures when it arrives.

Hi Tim,
Yes I did see the blue, green and yellow neons, and have bought some, though in much smaller quantities from a UK supplier.
Also, the green neon pygmy bulbs are now being listed again, as expected:
