Title: Looking for 75W National Mazda Bulb
Post by: Nevada Willis on June 14, 2011, 10:08:04 am
I'm restoring an old GE luminaire as a favor for a local historical society.

Since the lamp will be displayed indoors I was hoping to find a 75 watt National Mazda or equivalent bulb.  Even though the Jones socket is reduced to a medium Edison base, a National Mazda type bulb looks pretty cool on display.

Anyone have an extra working 75 watt Mazda type bulb for a reasonable price for a "charity" display?  It would be cool to have a working 1920s vintage lamp on display in another public museum.

Thanks.

UPDATE:  Bulb acquired.  Thanks, everyone.
