Title: Please Help! I found thousands of these bulbs while cleaning out old warehouse

I am trying to figure out what on earth these are for. I have over 2,000 of them. The only marking on the bulb is 98l 015 and on the box it has hand writing of  1-15 015 and l1-g98. There is also in handwritten text "oven Conditioned'. I sure could use your guys help on this. Thanks!
