Safety Fuse Bulbs (Protect against overload).
Looking for a supplier of this 80's technology for minature christmass lights purchased in the 80's. Any supplier's of this technology? Original mfg was "Jewel Companies, Inc., Oak Brook, IL 60521" They were of no help. (Part number 2555 green-tip safety fuse bulbs). I have over 40 strings of lights and have run-out of spares

Sorry but I don`t know where to get your green-tipped bulbs from, but here in Britain the safety fuse-bulb is still a common feature of our mains powered series lights, only our lights have a white-tipped bulb. Do you know the voltage/wattage of your light set`s bulbs, perhaps a British/European supplier may be able to help you out? The white-tipped bulbs are found in all kinds of indoor series-wired light sets here, in all sorts of voltages, wattages and base/cap styles.
Let me know?
