Title: GE S-2 table model sunlamp w/bulb
Post by: silvertoneman on July 20, 2008, 11:38:01 pm
Hello..I am looking for a GE S-2 table model sunlamp fixture with bulb, in working order. This is the model with the round base and self-contained  transformer, flexible gooseneck and toggle switch. Mine was smashed almost flat by the movers, and I would like very much to get another. Thanks so much...Dave Salny Anderson, SC

I have spare parts for one of these if anyone is looking.  The one I have (or what remains of it) was destroyed in the mail when I received it.  I salvaged the S-2 from the lamp and have three straight sections of pole and the reflector assembly containing the admedium socket.  The poles screw into one another and also form the electrical contact going up to the bulb - clever design - no wires.

Hi, I have a floor model lamp in good condition, with frosted bulb.  Just don't have room for it anymore.  It does not disassemble into sections like the one Tim describes (I have one of those but am keeping it).  Let me know if you're interested in it.  I've never seen the table model.
