Halloween is still a few weeks away but today is Friday the 13th and well, this just seems appropriate to show this month    

Here's a real and unaltered advertisement from the French incandescent lamp maker, M?tal, from the "tungsten era" that looks like a horror film poster! Enjoy!

Heh heh.  It does have a bit of early horror look to it with the face lit from below.  I think it looks very derivative of "Metropolis" as well.
