GREAT PROJECTS : THE BUILDING OF AMERICA: ELECTRIC NATION

This is a documentary on how electricity became a part of the American way of life. It has from Edison?s first public demonstration of the light bulb. To the installing of the first lights in New York. There was a lot on Sam Insull and the TVA . I found it very interesting to watch. the URL below will take you to the PBS web site where you can check to see when it will play in your area.
