Need Bulb ID ? Is it a GE NEON Vintage Nite Lite ?

Hi ALL!
I got this box of old electrical parts years ago. I have this Bulb, Is it a GE NEON Vintage Nite Lite ? I've screwed it in. it doesn't work, does it have any value ?

No value if not working, and yes, it appears to be a common GE type NE-30 neon lamp.  It's interesting to note that GE also produced an identical bulb using a helium-argon fill and designated it the HA-3.  The HA-3 is a rare find today.
