Steel-Based Edison Bulbs.... MIND BLOWN!
« on: March 24, 2012, 07:36:31 pm »
Someone was debating this, and at a whim, I went through some of my bulbs with a magnet. Found one!! It's brass plated, but a magnet DEFINITELY sticks. It's a standard base S-14, clear. The only visually unusual thing is that it has the usual filament style, but with SIX supports rather than the usual 3, which would form a pentagon shape with the lead-in wires.
