Title: Help, with identification small carbon bulbs.

Hi,
Does anybody knows, for what purpose was manufactured these bulbs with carbon filament and siemens-halske base?

It's impossible to say without seeing the same bulbs in a manufacturer's or dealer's catalog (if in fact they were made for a specific purpose).  They are very nice bulbs, with what has become a very scarce base, so my advice is to enjoy them for what they are (and don't burn them out :-)
