I found the lights in the video from an outfit in China, of course. Looks like the same ones.

I like those too, they are very unusual, have not seen a whole set of neon shaped lights before.

If you wanted a set of your own, I just looked and there are a few of those light sets for sale on Ebay listed by the person who made that video - click here! (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Real-Neon-Christmas-lights-Set-12-new-box-/320786682745?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4ab0605379). USA-based but international shipping is listed, though rather expensive. At the time of posting this, there is one left.
