Title: Would like info on low voltage tungsten bulbs circa 1915

Hello All,
I am a new member who would like some information on some bulbs I am considering selling.  They are the typical drawn tungsten "squirrel cage" type bulbs circa 1915.  I know the 120 volt bulbs are quite common, but mine are all low voltage 32 volt.  (See enclosed picture for a sticker on the bulb.)  I have various wattages and filament configurations.  Most have "Edison-Mazda" etched in the glass but I also have one with a Westinghouse logo.  Were these made for areas where there was no AC power?  If anyone can give me a brief history of these bulbs I would appreciate it.  Thanks.

possible collectors of Delco generators might be intrested, as these bulbs were intended for use with 32 volt Delco generatior systems used in rual areas. There were all types of appliances including christmas lights that were made for use with such systems which used lead acid batteries that were charged with a small gasoline powered generator. look up Delco 32 volt on google and you will find lots of information and collectors of such related items.

Thanks, Jonathan for the information on the Delco generators.  I will research this topic.
