Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think there's any value in these old flash bulbs.  The early foil filled flash bulbs do have some value though.  Perhaps to someone collecting old photography equipment, this flashbulb might be useful, but most bulb collectors will pass these by.  Of course everyone's collecting tastes are different and if it's appealing to you then that is all that really matters.

There are few folk collecting old flash bulbs of all types... but is this another type of one shot bulb?
