Title: Need help in identifying this bulb

I found this bulb in a radio repair case I bought about 15 years ago. This is what it look like:

Almost forgot. It was hard to see the filament so I screwed it into a lamp, turned it on, the filament is kinda "W" shaped. I thought being that it was dark blue that it was some sort of black light but it's not.

This is probably some sort of indicator bulb.  I have seen similar bulbs in red used for this purpose.
