Title: Help with OSRAM Display Publicity

Hi,
Thanks for add me in this forum. I like ask you for my osram display.

 I take this Very Rare OSRAM "Wonders Apparatus N? 32" Display Publicity. I think is from 30?s.
 Working in good conditions. It vibrates and it makes that the lamp rotates and the poster of osram turn of the plate.
somebody know this display? or take some info?
