Post by: Stevebulb on November 02, 2004, 08:55:00 am
Hi - I am doing some work on why lightbulb filaments fail, does anybody have/know where I can find a highspeed video of a lightbulb filament failing?

thanks

Welcome  (http://www.bulbcollector.com/ubb/smile.gif)

James H has some video files of tungsten-halogen lamps failing on this page of Lamptech: http://www.lamptech.co.uk/Movies.htm (http://www.lamptech.co.uk/Movies.htm)   - don`t know whether this is exactly what you`re looking for but it`s all I know of.

Steve,

Did you see this thread, in particular Yoshi's two video links?
