Mystery Antique Bulb Box
« on: May 02, 2004, 08:22:00 pm »
I am not really a collector, but I am here to learn more about a wooden box that I have had for many years.
It was passed onto me and I am not sure exactly what it was originally used for or who the maker was. It apparently was used to hold light bulbs, but I've never seen a wooden box so sturdily built just to hold 3 light bulbs.
The bottom is engraved:
 A. H.& S.
   1918
Any info you can offer would be appreciated, as well as a value. I am also interested in selling the item and do not know how much to list it for.
