I am always looking for very large or high wattage light bulbs (500 watts+) old or new. ?Incandescent only, no HIDs. ?I am also interested in unusual high wattage projector bulbs, especially ones that were manufactured 20-30+ years ago.

Hi Andy, welcome to the forums!
I might have something your interested in. It's a 500 watt mogul based lamp measuring almost 9" long with a coiled tungsten filament. You can see it here (http://www.bulbcollector.com/gallery/Swap_Shop/Light_Bulbs/s_beac.jpg). The bulb is marked "ON COURSE BEACON" on the top I estimate it dates to the early 1930s. Anyway I have an extra if you have any interest in it.

I saw your post looking for high wattage incandescent lamps. It's been a while since you posted it, but I figured you might want to see this anyways. I also have interest in high wattage lamps and there will be a link included of an incandescent lamp made by indusrial performance. The bulb is rated at 1,500 watts and 130volts, and it is the highest rated lamp I have found to date except for a 75,000 watt lamp in a museum. I attribute the limit of 1500 watts to the fact that that 1500 watts is the max rating of every ceramic mogul socket I have found so far. All wattages higher than 1500 seem to be halogen with a bi-pin base, those bulbs can go as high as 20,000 watts. I hope this helps.
