Wanted: Partially or barely working figural element neon & argon glow bulbs.
If you have any Aerolux, Durolite, Birdseye or other similar bulbs that don't glow completely when lit, I'd appreciate your consideration. ?Better to sell or give them away than trash them!
Reward: I'll pay $0-$50 per bulb depending on style. ?I'm not paying for the all-too-common plain flowers or Christ/cross bulbs in this condition, but I will accept donations of any styles.
Repair service: Bulbs in this condition can sometimes be repaired by removing the base and repairing the ballast resistor connections or replacing the resistor. Unfortunately it's a labor-intensive process (base removal is especially difficult unless already loose), and base cement to put them back together is hard to get, so I'd rather barter this service for bulbs than to sell it - it would only be worthwhile for you to pay for repair if your dysfunctional bulb is one of the handful of most valuable types.
