Recent finds?

I thought I'd share pictures of a couple of interesting bulbs that I recently came across.  One is a double hairpin bulb with a Mather/Perkins base, and the other is an Edison "New Type" that is also fitted with a Mather/Perkins base.  If anyone can identify the construction of the first bulb shown please let me know!  Can anyone confirm the existance of other Edison bulbs with M/P bases?  I've seen similar Edison bulbs fitted with T-H, United States, and Westinghouse bases but this is the first M/P based Edison that I've come across.

Please share your recent (or not so recent) bulb finds here!

Very nice, Tim!
I've never seen a M/P based version of the 1889 New Type Edison.

Thanks guys. I've been searching for a M/P based bulb for a long time and was excited to come across these two.  Just goes to show this stuff is still lurking around out there waiting to be found.  I guess you have to be in the right place at the right time as they say.
