Title: How hot does outer glass of Incandescent bulbs get?

What temperature does out side of 100 Watt, 40 Watt & 150 Watt Incandescent bulbs get to? is there a standard maximum temperature that bulb companies comply with usually (like ANSI)??

It would be good if I can know temp. each wattage get to.
