Needs some help to update my efficiencies table...
« on: August 01, 2008, 06:24:46 am »
I wrote this in 1986 and it needs an overhaul I would appreciate if anyone can suggest and agree an update.

A quick search gives very little info on the subject but I am sure that good advice can be found in this forum, full credit given for your help. Corrections or updates to the list are welcomed and the resulting table can go to Jilokat site too.

Initial search results shows a lot of inconsistency:
A CFL gives from 50-60 lumens per watt
LEDs up to 90 lumens per watt but should increase to over 150 lumens per watt
OLED around 100 lumens per watt but expected to increase to 2 or 3 times that
