I got these out of an attic. They are new and were in the original cardboard shipping box but that box had deteriorated and is unusable. The only identifying model # on the box was 6BT1012.
They are 58" long and have a 2 prong connector on one end and a 3 prong connector on the other end. On the bulbs are "S, Type RF, 85W, Industrial White"

Make me an offer and tell me where you are located so I can figure shipping. I'm in Michigan

Sorry but I moved to Florida last winter and I think I threw these out. I'll look around and get back to you if I can find them.

Yeah these are SUPER RARE THO!
Plus they contain mercury and possibly berylium phosphate if they are before June of 1949 which is very possible they were , I've only seen early ads for these from the years 1938- early40s
