Title: 32 volt bulb

My grandfather has an old generator and needs a 32 volt light bulb.Does anyone know where to get them?

Are you looking for an old style bulb or just any kind of 32 volt bulb? I probably have an extra 32 volt bulb that dates to around 1915 (pointed tip) but I'm not sure if your looking for one this old? Let me know if you are interested and I'll do some digging.

I have several 32 volt bulbs still in package. They were used [although very few] until the late 1950;s in this part of the country.That's when rural electrication was introduced.
 They are the same style as todays,marked32 volt,

I haven't bought them recently, but I have been able to find 32 and 64 volt bulbs at a local bulb supply house.  I can't remember, but I think you had to purchase a case at a time.  They are still used in some railroad applications.

I think you can still get them new-I went to a tourist-trap type cave in southern Ohio last summer, and they used 32 volt bulbs in their caves.I wanted one for my collection,but forgot to ask about them on the way out..
