the id'ing of this bulb maker will help me in my research into an early 1900's German medical apparatus that the bulb was part of ... the stamped info. " V.V. 230 - 3 in a circle - 16-110 - 340 "

any information will be greatly appreciated.

I have one light bulb with a base that looks like your light bulb, but I do not know more than that they are very old and probably made in Europe
