Bulb Identification Assistance (Part II)

Anybody have a clue?  I don't.

   

 




The base looks brass and ceramic.  There is one u-shaped filament (seen both when backlit and when lighted).

Thanks for the help and forgive the picture quality - still trying to get used to a new camera.
