Title: Atlas Mushroom Lamp

I went to my favorite antique shop a few weeks ago and saw this box high up on a shelf near the ceiling. Is it worth even trying to get to?  :lol:

I don?t know anything about this bulb but the neat original packaging would be enough to warrant my interest?
