EL-TRONICS LIGHT UP CROSS LIGHT BULB

Hi All,
I am looking for information on this bulb. When on, it glows beautifully. Anyone know how old it is? Or how it was used, in what type of lamp? The only info on the company that I can find is that they manufactured Geiger Counters of various kinds in Philadelphia? Maybe not the same company.
