My father was employed by PP&L for 38 years.  During his tenure he gave many presentations about the history of lighting , collected bulbs, ephemera, and a lot of GE information.  When he passed he asked that I find someone who will appreciate his work.  I am looking forward to a new learning experience and the ability to share.

Did your father have any information on GE holiday lighting such as distributor catalogs?
These are highly sought by collectors and historians.

By the way, photos must be 100 KB or less in size to be accepted.
Try reducing the size or resolution of the photo using a photo editor.

I thought I would piggyback on this thread instead of creating my own. I went on a holiday to California last year and went to see the Centennial Light in Livermore. That fascinated me so much, and since then I have been trying to find out more about how we used to light up our houses and how much that has changed to today.
