Forum is rejecting my efforts to post and post a picture

I have tried 4 times now to post a picture of an Edison lamp and my email is rejected for too large of file and one time you didn't exist?

Tim:
File attachments are restricted to 196 kb each.  Please check the file size of your pictures and resize if necessary to reduce their file size.
