Title: Refurbishing porcelain socket

I apologize if this is somewhat off-topic, but I was hoping someone might be able to suggest a source for parts to refurbish an 1920/30's era porcelain, hanging style, light socket (from a greenhouse).  I have no idea of the make, or how unique or standard the electrical parts might be.  thanks in advance.

Is there any way possible that you can make a picture accessible ?
Perhaps a detailed description of the problem as-well. Your posting is bulb-related  :-)
