Recycled Mazda lightbulb... with cage filament?
« on: January 23, 2004, 10:25:00 pm »
Hello all,

I found a very intriguing lightbulb on eBay. It has both a tip on top AND an exhaust port in the stem. But this is no typical recycled bulb with a carbon filament. It still has a functional tungsten cage filament!! Here's the auction for the bulb:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3266879781&category=371

Unfortunately, I noticed this AFTER the auction had ended! So I couldn't bid. Here's a picture of the lightbulb, in case it gets deleted from the listing:

Regards,

-Yoshi

Hey Yoshi,

I find this one unique and interesting, I just can't answer your question    I was hoping someone else could.

I saw your lamp - maybe it is replica only. I saw it more-times similar types, in Czech repzublic was made it in plant No.6 Tesla Lenesice.
