Finally! Sylvania fluorescents :)
« on: January 10, 2008, 08:43:24 pm »
At last! I thought the post office had lost them completely.

Got three (green, yellow, coral) working bulbs, look to be about 2/3 - 3/4 brightness, from what I've seen  :-D Also came with a very good cloth 7-socket strand, and a couple 'lighted ice' bulbs. Ebay price: $18.00 shipped!

Thought I would have them on my tree this year, seller shipped them on 12/12.....they finally showed up today, 1/10  :x

Oh well, next year.....at least they arrived intact and working! They are really cool and different...hopefully I can round up some more this year, maybe even an elusive blue one.

Awesome! I was going to hang my four working flourescents on my tree, but 2 of the 4 quit on me, I did hang the remaining two though!

Aha! Should have 10 fluorescents on the tree this year...including a blue  8-)

Not nearly as cheap as last year, but I don't feel like waiting, bidding, and hoping for a cheap deal.
